Support

Help with ORBIT’s controls, saved runs, local data, and store features.

Contact the developer

Email ihorkharchyshyn@gmail.com with a short description of the issue, your device model, Android version, and the ORBIT version shown in Settings. If useful, include the level number and the steps that led to the problem.

A screenshot is optional. Remove personal information before sending one. Do not send passwords, full card details, purchase tokens, signing keys, or information identifying a child. A parent or guardian can contact support on a child’s behalf; the child’s name or email address is not needed.

Play, pause, and retry

Tap the gameplay area to launch a pin. Find the space between the pins already on the orbit. A collision ends the attempt; Retry starts another attempt without buying lives. In a level with multiple phases, rotation changes after the indicated number of successful pins. The brief phase transition waits for launched pins to attach.

Use Pause to resume, restart, open Settings, or exit. An unfinished run saves locally where supported. Home → Continue can resume the saved run. If an old saved run uses earlier level rules, restarting begins the current level configuration.

Offline play and saved progress

Campaign, Daily Orbit, Endless, and Rhythm run without an app account, and ordinary gameplay works offline. A Daily challenge follows the device’s local calendar date. Progress is held on the device; there is no developer cloud backup or cross-device sync.

If saving fails, keep the game installed and check available device storage before clearing data. Support cannot remotely recover a local database. See Delete your data before resetting progress or uninstalling.

Paid content and restore

Store features are restricted to the adult mode for ages 18 and over. For players under 18 and players whose age group is unknown, local gameplay is available without in-app billing initialization. The age-group choice is stored on the device only. Google Play and RevenueCat purchase configuration is being prepared for the first release, so paid products may not yet be available. A preview does not grant ownership. Where purchases become available, the app shows the store’s current price and the content included before purchase.

If you already own an eligible product in a supported release, connect to the store with the original purchase account and use Settings → Restore purchases in adult mode. RevenueCat checks the eligible store purchase history to restore access. Restoring ownership does not restore local gameplay. For payments and refunds held by Google Play, use Google Play support.

Privacy requests

Use the support email for questions about ORBIT’s privacy policy or information you voluntarily included in support correspondence. Please describe the request without sending unnecessary personal data. The app does not automatically send saved games or logs with your message.
