Terms of use

The application

Sudoku Worlds provides Sudoku puzzles and customization for personal entertainment. Basic play works offline without an app account. App and feature availability depends on the installed version, device, and store region. A preview or product description does not guarantee that a purchase is currently offered.

Optional purchases and refunds

Where offered, lifetime PRO and individual Worlds are one-time, non-consumable digital products; they are not subscriptions. Google Play displays the current price and purchase conditions before payment. Review the product details before buying.

Google Play handles payments under its terms. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable store rules and your legal rights. For purchase problems, contact Google Play support or the developer. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Restoring purchases

Use Settings → Restore purchases with the Google account used to buy the product to check eligible ownership. Internet and store access may be needed. Restoring a purchase does not restore puzzle progress.

Your local progress

Puzzles, notes, and progress are stored on your device. There is no cloud-sync or developer recovery service. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local progress, including completed records. See Privacy and Data deletion for the effects of each control. Keep your own screenshots of information you need before deleting data.

Responsible use and updates

Use the app lawfully and respect its content and the included open-source licenses, available in Settings. The app may receive fixes and updates. It does not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device. The Privacy policy describes the app’s data practices.
